Printed on cream paper, but the photos here are too yellow. ** Lists ca. 75 events contested by the 5th and 24th Infantry, 10th Cavalry, 3rd Field Artillery, engineers, hospital corps, and machine gun platoons, over the 6 days. Infanty and cavalry drills, hasty entrenchment, horsemanship including "jumping for form," equipment race, construction and demolition of trestle bridge, relay race, driving an artillery pair around stakes, wall scaling, etc. With a description of the events and a Roster of Officers and Troops at Camp Robert Shaw Oliver, Albany, N.Y. The commanders were Major General Leonard Wood and Colonel Calvin D. Cowles (both pictured in photos). There can't be too many copies around in this condition.
