Estate auction catalogue of Jacoulet's delicate woodblock figurative prints in the ukiyo-e style. The catalogue illustrates almost his complete oeuvre. Among his "firsts," according to cataloguer Susan M. Craig, "He was the first ukiyo-e artist to use more than 50 blocks for a print. He frequently used from 200 to 300. He was the first artist to record the vanishing nobility of Mongolia."
