Also contains two loose pages, one advertising The Whitman Pung, and one encouraging early ordering of carriages. Originally mailed to M.W. Brown & Co., Hampton, N.H., with one-cent stamp. Can be sent outside the US for less than the default shipping rate. A scarce survival.
