These magazines are a treasure trove of racing information: news of horses, races, farms, and personalities; sales; ads; factual articles such as Humphrey Finney's write-ups on tracks; opinions on industry issues such as wagering and starting methods; etc. Dark Secret, Equipoise, Phar Lap, and Top Flight were among the leading horses of the year. Both volumes are fully indexed. It would be hard to find all this information elsewhere. Heavy; shipping/handling will be extra. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
