Monograph on Kiefer's monumental "Zweistromland," which consists of "two enormous steel bookcases containing almost 200 gigantic lead books, so heavy that each one requires several people to lift it." Kiefer's long photographic sequence of the work is followed by Zweite's essay and his commentary on the plates. With a diagram of the sculpture (which is divided into 2 parts, "Euphrat" and "Tigris") and a catalogue of over 100 of the books. Very large and heavy; shipping/handling will be extra.
