Alexander Sysin's copy, with his signature dated 1950. ** A "mounted sports and contests manual," with directions for many horseback games for children and adults, mostly western. Describes many kinds of races, polo, drills, rodeo and gymkhana events, and more. A good resource for teachers. Sysin was a Russian emigre who became a prominent horseman in California.
