An enormous and sumptuous production, printed by letterpress (partly in red). The first part surveys many foundation sires and their lines. The second part contains detailed 5-generation pedigrees, chiefly of mid-20th-century stallions. These tables are dated 1948 and 1951. The plates are by George Ford Morris (Mambrino King), Robert Dickey (Hambletonian 10), and others. Very scarce; WorldCat locates only 3 copies, all in Italy.
