Short descriptions of the history and amenities of this storied hotel atop Nob Hill (now one of the National Trust Historic Hotels of America).  It folds out to reveal a rendering of the 50-mile panoramic view from Top of the Mark, "the world's most spectacular cocktail lounge."  Still under the management of its founder, George D. Smith, which dates it to before 1962.  Can be sent outside the US for less than the default shipping rate.
