On the other side is a paragraph about Rotten Row, with a poem by Frederick Locker about the Row's "lively scene on turf and road." A throng of ladies, gentlemen, and spectators enjoy the fresh air and each other's company. Bradley (1842-1904) was a well-regarded animal and sporting painter and illustrator.
