The issues here are Vol. 1, no. 1; Vol. 2, nos. 2 and 3; Vols. 5-10 complete; Vol. 11, nos. 1-3; Vol. 12 complete; Vol. 13, nos. 1-3; Vol. 14, no. 4; Vol. 15, nos. 2 and 4; Vol. 16 complete. Regular publication ended in 1990 with Vol. 16, no. 3. The final issue--Vol. 16, no. 4--- was published in 2003: "The Complete Index to Fine Print."
