(2) "Typographic Pictures," designs composed of various texts. (3) "Typographic Polemics," more designs, these composed of texts by Oscar Wilde, Stuart Davis, Barnett Newman, and Alfred Barr's geneaology of modern art. Many of the texts have themes of revolution and socialism. "Composed and output by the author on . . .
